Abandoned means left without provision for reasonable and necessary care or supervision.

Abandoned well means a well whose use has been permanently discontinued or which is in a state of disrepair such that it cannot be used for its intended purpose or for observation purposes.
Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.
Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.
Abandoned vehicle means any of the following:
Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;
Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;
Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.
Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.
Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.
Dredged material means material that is excavated or dredged from surface waters.
Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.
Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”
Project Intellectual Property means the legal rights relating to inventions (including Subject Inventions as defined in 37 CFR 401), patent applications, patents, copyrights, trademarks, mask works, trade secrets, and any other legally protectable information, including computer software, first made or generated during the performance of this STTR Agreement.
Seller Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned by either Seller and primarily used in connection with the Business.
Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.
Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;
