Disclosure Officers definition

Disclosure Officers means the individuals who are responsible for communicating with analysts, the news media and investors and ensuring that Employees do not communicate confidential information about the Company;
Disclosure Officers means the individuals set forth in Section 2 of this Policy;
Disclosure Officers means the officers, employees and agents of the Town charged with exercising the responsibilities of a Disclosure Officer under this Disclosure Policy, specifically the Town Finance Director/Treasurer, and as needed, the Municipal Advisor.

  • This Policy will be circulated to all directors, officers and employees upon its inception, and again whenever significant changes are made to it or the Disclosure Officers otherwise deem it necessary.

Disclosure Officers means the individuals who are responsible for communicating with analysts, institutional investors and market professionals and ensuring that other Personnel do not communicate confidential information about the Company, and for the purposes of this Policy are the Chair of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the Corporate Secretary;
Disclosure Officers means the individuals who are responsible under this Policy for, among other things, communicating with analysts, the news media and investors and safeguarding the communication of confidential information about the Company, as well as serving as the individuals whom Insiders and Covered Persons may contact to determine whether or not they may trade the Company's securities or reveal Undisclosed Material Information in the necessary course of business. For purposes of this Policy, the following individuals have been designated as the Company’s Disclosure Officers: the Chief Executive Officer, the President (if applicable); the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice President, Corporate Communications;
Disclosure Officers means the individuals who are responsible under this policy for, among other things, communicating with analysts, the news media and investors and ensuring that Employees do not communicate confidential information about the Company, as well as individuals whom Employees may contact to determine whether or not they may Trade the Company's securities or reveal Undisclosed Material Information in the necessary course of business;
Disclosure Officers means the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer and such other individuals designated as such by the Disclosure Committee, who shall be responsible for communication with analysts, the news media and investors and ensuring that Undisclosed Material Information is not communicated in contravention of this Policy;
