Undisclosed Material Information definition

Undisclosed Material Information means Material Information pertaining to the Company that has not been publicly disclosed or information that has been publicly disclosed, but a reasonable period of time for its dissemination has not passed.

More Definitions of Undisclosed Material Information

Undisclosed Material Information means any confidential material information, as defined in the Corporation’s Insider Trading Policy as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time, that has not been publicly disseminated by the Corporation; and
