Disclosure Statement Supplement definition

Disclosure Statement Supplement means the Disclosure Statement Supplement Relating to the Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of OneWeb Global Limited, et al. with respect to the Plan (including all exhibits and schedules thereto or referenced therein) approved by the Disclosure Statement Supplement Order.
Disclosure Statement Supplement means the supplement to the Disclosure Statement (as it may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time) for the Plan, including all exhibits and schedules thereto and references therein, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Disclosure Statement Supplement means any supplement to the Disclosure Statement approved by the Bankruptcy Court.
