Pursuant to section 1125(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and the Disclosure Statement Orders, the Debtors and the Creditors’ Committee (as applicable), through their respective agents and advisors, solicited votes to accept or reject the Plan after the Bankruptcy Court approved the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement and conditionally approved the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement Supplement.
