Discrimination Grievance Procedures. To file an employment-related discrimination grievance, GEs are encouraged to contact the Graduate Teaching Fellows Federation. Related to Discrimination Grievance Procedures

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School.   • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Non-discrimination means fairness in treating suppliers and awarding contracts without prejudice, discrimination or preferred treatment.
