District Forester definition

District Forester means the person in charge of a district, including Oregon Department of Forestry district foresters and forest protection association district managers and district supervisors.
District Forester means the district fire warden, appointed by the Forester, to coordinate the protection activities under this Agreement.
District Forester means the supervisory forester of one of the six district offices located in Bernalillo, Capitan, Chama, Cimarron, Las Vegas and Socorro.

  • Southern means The Southern Company, its successors and assigns.

  • State Forester means the State Forester or the duly authorized representative of the State Forester.

  • District Council means a district council within the meaning of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972(7);

  • Western or the “Corporation” means Western Energy Services Corp., a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Alberta, and includes all applicable Subsidiaries and predecessor entities of the Corporation, as the context requires.
