district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
district heating or ‘district cooling’ means the distribution of thermal energy in the form of steam, hot water or chilled liquids, from a central source of production through a network to multiple buildings or sites, for the use of space or process heating or cooling;
District Data means information, including, but not limited to, Personally Identifiable Information, business, administrative and financial information, intellectual property information, and other information that is not intentionally made generally available by the District on public websites or publications, that is provided to Vendor by or at the direction of District in the course of Vendor’s performance under this Agreement. “District Data” includes metadata and data derived from the use of District Data and metadata.
District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.
Investment Income means dividends, capital gains, or interest income generated from:
District Office means District Office of the Division of Drinking Water of the State Water Board.
Trust Income has the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.
Exempt income means all of the following:
United States Tax Person A citizen or resident of the United States, a corporation, partnership or other entity created or organized in, or under the laws of, the United States, any State thereof or the District of Columbia, an estate whose income from sources without the United States is includible in gross income for United States federal income tax purposes regardless of its source or a trust if a court within the United States is able to exercise primary supervision over the administration of the trust and one or more United States Tax Persons have the authority to control all substantial decisions of the trust, all within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code (or, to the extent provided in the applicable Treasury Regulations, certain trusts in existence on August 20, 1996 that have elected to be treated as United States Tax Persons).
District board means the board of directors of the district.
Health district means a city or general health district created by or under the authority of Chapter 3709. of the Revised Code.
District shall hereafter refer to districts that have signed the Agreement for the 2022-23 Program year and agree to be financially responsible as a Cooperative member for the Program costs.
District superintendent means a person who holds a valid class 3 Montana teacher certificate
School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2)(d), a School District Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from student records. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.
covenant income means the gross income payable to a full-time student under a Deed of Covenant by his parent;
District Court means the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Income Tax Act means the Income Tax Act, 1962 (Act No. 58 of 1962);
United States Citizen shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.
Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);
Ontario Health means the corporation without share capital under the name Ontario Health as continued under the CCA;
Southern means The Southern Company, its successors and assigns.
United States and “U.S.” mean the United States of America.
District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.
Non-United States Tax Person Any Person other than a United States Tax Person.
Agricultural employer means any person who owns or operates a farm, ranch, processing establishment, can- nery, gin, packing shed or nursery, or who produces or conditions seed, and Wage and Hour Division, Labor § 500.20 who either recruits, solicits, hires, em- ploys, furnishes, or transports any mi- grant or seasonal agricultural worker. Produces seed means the planting, cul- tivation, growing and harvesting of seeds of agricultural or horticultural commodities. Conditions seed means the in-plant work done after seed produc- tion including the drying and aerating of seed.
Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003 1 concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility, repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1347/2000;
