Examples of Divestment Notice in a sentence
Unless the Directors determine otherwise, where a Divestment Notice is given to a New Holder in accordance with this article, then despite any other provision in this Constitution, the rights to receive payment of dividends and to vote attached to the Relevant Shares of that Member are suspended until the Relevant Shares are transferred to a new holder or that Member ceases to be a New Holder.
If it is a requirement of the Listing Rules, the Company must not give a Holder more than one Divestment Notice in any 12 month period (except as contemplated by paragraph 14).
For a Divestment Notice given to a Small Holder, the Relevant Period must be at least six weeks from the date the Divestment Notice was given.
For a Divestment Notice given to a New Small Holder, the Relevant Period must be at least seven days from the date the Divestment Notice was given.
Relevant Period means the period specified in a Divestment Notice under paragraph 3.
