Dock Site definition

Dock Site means the land described as the Dock Site on Schedule 4.4(a).
Dock Site means a City authorized location for a Dock on the Schwatka Lake Waterfront Lands;
Dock Site means the property designated in the license issued pursuant to this Section and as designated on the dock location map to be maintained by the City.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;
