Documentary Deliverables definition

Documentary Deliverables means all aspects of any copyrightable computer code, including object code and source code, created or in any way developed in the course of a research project or related to an Invention.
Documentary Deliverables means the documentary deliverables to be provided by AGC to Customer pursuant to the applicable Services, as identified in the applicable Work Statement.
Documentary Deliverables means any Deliverable(s) in the form of reports or other documentation (excluding Software Deliverables) submitted to you pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Each SOW shall include, at a minimum, the following information: (i) Documentary Deliverables to be provided by Supplier; (ii) Products or Services to be provided by Supplier; (iii) pricing and Fees; (iv) Timeline; (v) assumptions; and (vi) any other terms agreed upon by the Parties.

  • Subject to Article 11, the remedies and obligations under Section 6.10.1 are Customer’s sole remedy for Defective Products and the relevant Documentary Deliverables.


More Definitions of Documentary Deliverables

Documentary Deliverables deliverables that take the form of Documentation;
Documentary Deliverables means any document that Motorola prepares specifically for County and not for more general purposes and promises to deliver to County under this Agreement; the term does not include any intellectual property rights used to create the document. Upon delivery, County becomes the permanent owner of a Documentary Deliverable but Contractor may use the document in furtherance of its duties under this Contract. See Section 13.1 of the Price Book terms and conditions regarding Contractor’s retention and ownership of all of its intellectual property rights.
Documentary Deliverables means those deliverables specified as Documentary Deliverables in Schedule D;
Documentary Deliverables shall have the meaning defined in the Negotiation Procedures.

Related to Documentary Deliverables

  • Documentary draft means a draft to be presented for acceptance or payment if specified documents, certificated securities as defined in section 8102 or instructions for uncertificated securities as defined in section 8102, or other certificates, statements, or the like are to be received by the drawee or other payor before acceptance or payment of the draft.

  • Company Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Documentary material means the original or a copy of any book, record, report, memorandum, paper, communication, tabulation, map, chart, photograph, mechanical transcription, or other tangible document or recording.

  • Real Property Deliverables means each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents in respect of each Facility (to the extent requested by the Collateral Agent and relevant to the applicable jurisdiction):

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to the Offering Documents and any amendment or supplemental prospectus or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Corporation under Applicable Securities Laws relating to the Offering and/or the distribution of the Offered Shares;

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • SAP Delivered Support means SAP’s support offering to directly provide support to End Users subject to the terms and conditions set out in the EUMA.

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Documentary Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit that is drawable upon presentation of documents evidencing the sale or shipment of goods purchased by any Group Member in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audiovisual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments. 20 USC §1232h(c)(6)(A).

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Documentation means SAP's then-current technical and functional documentation as well as any roles and responsibilities descriptions, if applicable, for the Cloud Service which is made available to Customer with the Cloud Service.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Asbestos-containing material or “ACM” means asbestos or any material containing more than one percent (1%) asbestos as determined using methods specified in 40 CFR 763, Subpart E, Appendix E, Section I, Polarized Light Microscopy* including Category I and Category II ACM and all friable material.
