Work Statement definition

Work Statement means any written document provided by the Company setting out the scope of Services to be undertaken, headed ‘Work Statement’ and signed by a director of the Company.

Work Statement means the work statement attached as Appendix II and any other work statements that may be agreed on by the parties during the Term, as may be revised by [* * *]. To be valid, a Work Statement must be signed by both parties.

Work Statement means a detailed document that (i) references this Agreement, (ii) is signed by authorized representatives of both Parties and (iii) sets forth, at a minimum, the Services to be provided by Gallus and the fees to be paid by Customer for such Services, and any modifications to such Work Statement that the Parties may agree to in writing from time to time. The initial agreed Work Statement is attached hereto as Appendix 1.

Work Statement means a schedule agreed to by the parties that outlines, among other things, the plan for development services to be provided by METRICS, the particular services to be provided by METRICS, any Deliverables or Products to be developed or manufactured by METRICS, the time schedule for performance, and the amount, schedule and method of payment to be made by COMPANY. Any Work Statement may be modified or amended from time to time upon mutual written agreement of the parties, and such agreed-upon modifications or amendments shall be attached as part of the appropriate schedule and incorporated herein.

Work Statement means the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit 3 or any successors thereto, as revised by the parties from time-to-time, which shall contain at a minimum (i) a description of the Deliverables (including Specifications) to be delivered and any related services to be performed by Company for Dell, (ii) a schedule detailing benchmarks and delivery dates, and (iii) a description of the payment obligations of the parties. The Work Statement also may include provisions for written and/or oral progress reports by Company, detailed functional and technical specifications and standards for all services and Deliverables, including quality standards, documentation standards, lists of any special equipment to be procured by Company CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED or provided by Dell for use in performance of the work, test plans and scripts, and such other terms and conditions as agreed upon by the parties.

Work Statement in substantially the form attached as Attachment 1 that describes the (i) services that NB will provide (“Services”) deliverables that NB will be responsible for delivering to Radius (“Deliverable(s)”), (ii) delivery schedule for the Deliverables, (iii) pricing terms, and (iv) Radius’ responsibilities in connection with the Project. Each Work Statement will be prepared based upon the requirements and information provided to NB by Radius. A separate Work Statement will be required for each Project; and each Work Statement will become subject to this Agreement when signed by Radius and NB.

Each Work Statement will be prepared based upon the requirements and information provided to Vendor by VIEWRAY. A separate Work Statement will be required for each Project; and each Work Statement will become subject to this Agreement when signed by VIEWRAY and Vendor.
