Form of Reports. Each of the Reports must be in a form compatible with reporting requirements as specified under Section 115A of the Mining Act 1978 (WA) detailed in Guidelines for Mineral Exploration Reports on Mining Tenements or; the Schedule of Onshore Petroleum Exploration and production Requirements – 1991 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 (WA) as detailed in Guidelines to Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2015 and Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2015. The Reports required in accordance with this Agreement do not replace any requirements for statutory reporting under the Mining Act 1978 (WA) or any other relevant legislation. The Interim Report includes the following matters: drill hole location including azimuth and dip; summary drill logs; any interim results of the Project; and

Form of Reports. All reports required or given under this Agreement will be presented in forms satisfactory to University in all respects.
Form of Reports. That all such reports shall be substantially in the following format: (a) in the case of a dishonored instrument, the report shall be identical to the overdraft notice customarily forwarded to the institution’s other regular account holders; (b) if an instrument is honored but at the time of presentation the total funds in the account, both collected and uncollected, do not equal or exceed the amount of the instrument, the report shall identify the financial institution, the attorney or law firm maintaining the account, the account name, the account number, the date of presentation for payment, and the payment date of the instrument, as well as the amount of the overdraft created.
Form of Reports. All statements and reports delivered by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement shall (1) be in form reasonably requested by Licensor; (2) be signed and certified by an officer of Licensee as accurate; and (3) be supplemented with any additional information or material as Licensor at any time may request, and to which Licensee agrees, relating to Licensee’s performance under the Agreement.

(c) The Interim Report includes the following matters: (i) drill hole location including azimuth and dip; (ii) summary drill logs; (iii) any interim results of the Project; and (iv) a statement in respect to any deviation or otherwise from the Estimated Direct Drilling Costs. (d) The Final Report includes the following matters: (i) results of all proposed activities detailed in Schedule 1 (ii) an interpretation of results, conclusions and recommendations for further work (with direct reference to the Project and the Proposal); (iii) plans, cross-sections and diagrams detailing the results; (iv) Geochemical analyses of the core/samples obtained from the drilling (for all prospectors projects unless drill core is being submitted) (v) drill core (split core from diamond holes, at least ½ core) in compliance with any Departmental Guidelines; and (vi) any other information considered relevant by the Department and notified to the Recipient.

Form of Reports. Any reports, statements or other information required to be delivered under this Agreement shall be delivered (i) in paper form, (ii) on a diskette, and (iii) if requested by Lender and within the capabilities of Borrower’s data systems without change or modification thereto, in electronic form and prepared using a Microsoft Word for Windows or WordPerfect for Windows files (which files may be prepared using a spreadsheet program and saved as word processing files).
Form of Reports. Each of the reports and reviews provided under paragraphs (a) to (k) of Clause 17.1 (Reporting Requirements) shall be substantially in the form of the relevant Schedule or, if not provided in a Schedule, in a form satisfactory to the Global Agent (acting on the instructions of the Lenders, acting reasonably).
