Domestic Agent definition

Domestic Agent means the person appointed by the Manufacturer to act as its agent in the province in accordance with a Letter of Authorization which has been given to the BCLDB;
Domestic Agent means Wachovia, acting in the manner and to the extent described in Article X, and any successor domestic agent appointed pursuant to Article X hereof.
Domestic Agent means Wxxxx Fargo, acting in the manner and to the extent described in Article X, and any successor domestic agent appointed pursuant to Article X hereof.

  • We acknowledge that any registration of our Products may be cancelled solely by our written notice to the BCLDB, but may be cancelled by the BCLDB, with written notice to us and the Domestic Agent, if no Product is sold in the province in any one year period from the date the Product is registered in the province.

  • We acknowledge that our Products are stored at the Warehouse until such time as the BCLDB takes delivery of Product, as it require, in accordance with your Excise/Release Purchase Orders, as applicable, placed with our Domestic Agent through the Warehouse.

  • We agree to indemnify theBCLDB for any losses you should suffer, should the Warehouse or our Domestic Agent not make any such payments owed to you.


More Definitions of Domestic Agent

Domestic Agent means the agent pursuant to the Domestic Credit Documents, as such term is defined therein.
