Domestic violence offender definition

Domestic violence offender means any person who on or after January 1, 2001, has been convicted of, pled guilty to, or received a deferred judgment and sentence for any domestic violence offense as defined in subsection (3) of this section.
Domestic violence offender means a person convicted under NMSA 1978 Section 30-3-15 or 30-3-16 (2008) regardless of whether or not the person received a suspended sentence, a deferred sentence, or a conditional discharge.
Domestic violence offender. MEANS ANY PERSON WHO ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2001, HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF, PLEAD GUILTY TO, OR RECEIVED A DEFERRED JUDGMENT OR DEFERRED PROSECUTION FOR ANY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OFFENSE AS DEFINED IN SUBSECTION (3) OF THIS SECTION.
