Donations and Grants collectively, means those donations and grants (either cash or benefits in kind) stipulated in the Section 9 hereof.

Donations and Grants collectively, means those donations and grants, either cash or benefits in kind or services provided free of charge to promote healthcare, scientific research or education without the obligation to reimburse such benefits or any refund thereof.
