Downstream Pipeline definition

Downstream Pipeline means any pipeline or other system that is interconnected with and capable of receiving Crude Oil from the Gathering System, including other intrastate pipelines and gathering systems.
Downstream Pipeline means all Gas pipelines with a connection at the Delivery Point which transport Gas from the Sabine Pass Facility.
Downstream Pipeline means any pipeline downstream of any Delivery Point on the Gathering System owned by a Third Party.

  • All System Compressor Stations (a) shall be designed for a suction pressure of from one hundred (100) psig to one hundred forty (140) psig and (b) shall be designed for and shall be operated at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery to the relevant Downstream Pipeline or Processing Plant.

More Definitions of Downstream Pipeline

Downstream Pipeline means any pipeline or other receiving facility downstream of a Delivery Point.
Downstream Pipeline. Any Gas pipeline or any facilities of any end-user or local distribution company, in each case downstream of the Gathering System, into which Gas is delivered by or for the account of Producer from the Gathering System.
