DPS Suppliers definition
DPS Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement as part of the DPS;
DPS Suppliers means those suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed by CCS to this DPS from time to time. DPS Suppliers. 70 means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement as part of the DPS; "Environmental Information Regulations or EIRs" 71 means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such regulations;
