Necessary Endorsement means undated stock powers endorsed in blank or other proper instruments of assignment duly executed and such other instruments or documents as the Agent (as that term is defined below) may reasonably request.
Licensure by endorsement means the issuance of an Iowa license to practice as a barber to an applicant who is or has been licensed in another state.
Indorsement has the meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(11) of the UCC, and “Indorsed” has a corresponding meaning.
Endorsement means a written endorsement issued by Us on the Schedule to record any changes to the applicable terms and conditions of this Policy or the details contained in the Schedule. Endorsements shall form a part of this Policy and shall be binding on You and Us. It is agreed that the terms of an Endorsement shall supersede any conflicting provisions in this Policy Document, Rider or Schedule.
Endorsement contract means an agreement under which a student athlete is employed or receives consideration to use on behalf of the other party any value that the student athlete may have because of publicity, reputation, following, or fame obtained because of athletic ability or performance.
Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.
Title Insurance Policy A title insurance policy maintained with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Taxicab driver means an individual who uses a taxicab to provide transportation services to potential passengers.
flight recorder means any type of recorder installed in the aircraft for the purpose of complementing accident or incident investigation;
Title Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.
Recertification means the process by which a client’s eligibility to continue to receive child care assistance benefits are determined.
School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.
Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).
Flexographic printing means the application of words, designs, and pictures to a substrate by means of a roll printing technique in which the pattern to be applied is raised above the printing roll and the image carrier is made of rubber or other elastomeric materials.
ALTA means American Land Title Association, or any successor thereto.
Lost Mortgage Note Any Mortgage Note the original of which was permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced.
Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Plate means the license plate, including renewal decals, if any, issued for a vehicle registered under the plan by the base jurisdiction.
phytosanitary certificate means a certificate issued in the model format prescribed under the International Plant Protection Convention of the Food & Agricultural Organization and isssued by an authorized officer at the country of origin of consignment or re-export;
Driver means a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle.
Title Insurance An American Land Title Association (ALTA) mortgage loan title policy form 1970, or other form of Title Insurance Policy acceptable to FNMA or FHLMC, including all riders and endorsements thereto, insuring that the Security Instrument constitutes a valid first lien on the related Mortgaged Property subject only to permitted encumbrances.
Guaranteed automobile protection insurance means insurance offered in
Owner’s Title Policy means those certain ALTA extended coverage owner’s policies of title insurance issued in connection with the closing of the Mortgage Loan insuring the Mortgage Borrower as the owner of the Property.
Existing Title Policy means, the existing title insurance policy for the Property.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions.
