AIR OPERATION. Drop-box language The company may not expand the use of part- timers to pick up drop boxes and must maintain the ratio of drop boxes picked up by regular full-time package drivers, full-time air/combo drivers and part-time drivers within 2 percent- age points for the term of the agreement. The size and dimensions of the drop boxes may not be increased without the consent of the union. Part-time employees bidding into a full- time air driver job after August 1, 2013 will now have red-circle protection of their (higher) part- time wage, until such time as the full-time air progression passes that rate. A part-time em- ployee shall not lose the red-circle protection as a result of transferring from one full-time air driver job to another full-time air driver job.
AIR OPERATION. Preamble In order for the Employer, the Union and the employees to further benefit from the expanding air operations, the following Sections shall apply: supersede language on the same subjects in the Supplements, Riders and Addenda, unless specifically stated otherwise in this Article. AIR OPERATION. The Company reserves the full right to add too, delete from, or alter any or all proposals at anytime during the entire course of these 2023 negotiations. The Company also reserves the full right to correct inadvertent errors and omissions. Where no reference is made to a specific Article or section thereof, such Article and Section are to continue as in the current Supplemental Agreement, as applied and interpreted during the life of such Agreement. Nothing contained in these proposals shall be construed to be a waiver of, indication of, or acknowledgement that any Company rights or practice may not presently exist nor shall any modification or withdrawal of a proposal lessen or detract from such Company rights as may exist

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • SYSTEM OPERATION The Parties shall adhere to any applicable operational requirements of PJM necessary to protect the integrity of the transmission system within the PJM Control Area and the transmission systems of interconnected control areas, and shall satisfy any and all PJM, RFC and NERC criteria, when applicable. The DS Supplier shall also adhere to any applicable operational requirements of the Company necessary to protect the integrity of the Company’s local distribution system.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
