DS Offering definition
DS Offering means one or more Licensed Programs and/or Online Services and/or Packaged Offering. Effective Date means (i) for a Licensed Program, the later of the following:
DS Offering means one or more Licensed Programs.
DS Offering means the software product or online services that User is authorized to access and use through the DS Platform under the conditions defined in the Agreement. User Data means the data provided by User to DS through User’s use of the DS Platform, including User’s Personal Data. Personal Data means any kind of information relating to an individual about whom information is collected which can individually or together with other information on the individual, lead to directly or indirectly identifying such individual. Processing refers to any operation or set of operations (including, without limitation, collection, organization, adaptation, deletion, storage, use, recording, interconnection, consultation, disclosure and transfer) that is performed upon User’s Personal Data.
Examples of DS Offering in a sentence
If a patent invention is implemented in the DS Offering for which a right to use or access is granted pursuant to the Agreement, DS hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive license on the applicable patent limited to the use of such DS Offering.
It is agreed that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided in the Documentation, software components packaged and delivered by DS as part of a given DS Offering: ⮚ shall solely be used together and as part of such DS Offering and ⮚ shall not be used standalone and/or for other purposes than the ones for which such DS Offering has been marketed and granted to Customer by DS.
For the first year of each license of each DS Offering, ALC is due together with the PLC or TBL, as applicable.
However, such increase shall not exceed the increase which would have resulted from the revision of the price of the ALC according to the applicable price index since the date of the last price increase published by DS at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/terms/price for the related DS Offering.
The applicable price for the ALC for any given year is the price of the previous year plus the last percentage of increase applicable to the license of a DS Offering in a given country, as published at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/terms/price at least ninety (90) days before renewal date.
More Definitions of DS Offering
DS Offering means one or more Licensed Programs and/or Online Services and/or Packaged Offering. Effective Date means (i) for a Licensed Program, the later of the following: (x) the date on which such Licensed Program is shipped or made available electronically to Customer or, if applicable, (y) the date on which Customer is informed by DS that the associated license key can be requested or is available, or (ii) for Online Services, the date of delivery of the Online Services as described in Section 3. Licensed Program means any data processing program for which a license is ordered by and provided to Customer pursuant to a Transaction Document and/or provided to Customer as part of the Online Services, consisting of a series of instructions or databases in machine readable form, and associated Documentation. Machine means hardware belonging to Customer or under its sole control or supervision, and located on Customer’s premises.

Online Services may also include certain Licensed Program for which on-premise installation may be required.

Online Services may also include certain Licensed Program for which on-premise installation may be required.
