Successor Product definition

Successor Product means a subsequent or follow-on version of an Acquired Party Covered Product or Acquirer Competitive Product that is based on substantially the same technology (including “process shrinks” of such products and other incremental improvements thereto) as such Acquired Party Covered Product or Acquirer Competitive Product without the benefit of fundamental advances in design, and that is intended to replace such Acquired Party Covered Product or Acquirer Competitive Product and to be used in the same type of application (e.g., personal computer, mobile phone, etc.).
Successor Product means a product which is introduced by Company during the Term of this Agreement that provides the same fundamental functionality or purpose as a Product existing as of the Effective Date;
Successor Product means the development or replacement of a Service in its entirety by a new service.

Examples of Successor Product in a sentence

  • No product will be deemed a Successor Product unless and until the Parties have agreed on the Price of such Successor Products.

  • You do not have the right to free access or use of the Successor Product; the conditions of use of Successor Products must be agreed separately and are subject to a separate written agreement.

  • The term "Successor Product," as used in this Agreement shall mean all products sold by Hologic in the Territory to Target Customers utilizing ultrasound technology (but not x-ray or other technologies) to analyze bone structure for the purpose of assisting in the diagnosis of bone disease or other bone conditions in humans, including replacements for and enhancements to the SAHARA Products listed on Exhibit A hereto.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Occam will deliver to Tellabs updated Technology Deliverables at the conclusion of pilot and beta development stages (if any) of any updated version of a Technology Deliverable, when an updated version of a Technology Deliverable is made generally available by Occam, and when a Natural Successor Product is added to the list of BLC Product in accordance with Section 2.5.

  • Tellabs will notify Occam if it wishes to add a Natural Successor Product to the list of BLC Products under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Successor Product

Successor Product has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Product.”
Successor Product means, with respect to a product, a new product based on the same core technology that has substantially similar features and functionality (with or without enhancements or improvements thereto) and that is marketed and distributed under a different name instead of as a new version of the original product.
Successor Product means the development or replacement of a Service in its entirety by a new service. SLA/Service-Level-Agreement means service levels relating to the Services. Software/Standard Software: Software developed to meet the needs of a majority of customers and not specifically for the Customer or one customer.
Successor Product means and include any product developed by the Borrower (either alone or with others) that uses or incorporates any Intellectual Property used or incorporated in any Family of the FC-FC Integrated Controllers (as defined in the Joint Development Agreement) developed pursuant to the Joint Development Agreement and/or any RIO Product (as defined in the Securities Purchase Agreement) which existed at any time during the term of the Joint Development Agreement.
Successor Product means a printed circuit board assembly, subsystem, orderable item kit, full system or other product introduced by Company or any of its Affiliates during the Term within Company’s and its Affiliates’ “Mobility” product sector that provides the same fundamental functionality or purpose as an Existing Mobility Product at the time of such introduction;
Successor Product has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(a).
Successor Product means any new model, extension, or derivative of a Product.
