DSHS Region or “Region” means one (1) of the three (3) Regions of Washington State designated by DSHS as Region 1, Region 2 and Region 3. The Counties each Regions serves are as follows: (1) Region 1: Klickitat, Yakima, Kittitas, Chelan, Okanogan, Douglas, Xxxxx, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, Asotin, Adams, Whitman, Spokane, Lincoln, Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille. (2) Region 2: Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King. (3) Region 3: Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Pacific, Xxxxx, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Xxxxx, Skamania.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
