DSL Modem definition

DSL Modem means the terminal equipment provided by Cyta for the provision of broadband services which operates in accordance with the ITU-T standards and is compatible with Cyta’s Access Equipment (DSLAM).
DSL Modem means the Digital Subscriber Line modem installed in the Customer’s premises to facilitate the provision of the Service by MTS to the Customer.
DSL Modem means the terminal equipment provided by Cyta for the provision of broadband telephony services in accordance to the Special Terms of DSL Access Service or Internet with/without Equipment.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
