Duplex Housing definition

Duplex Housing means development consisting of a building containing only two Dwellings, with one Dwelling placed over the other in whole or in part with individual and separate access to each Dwelling. This type of development shall be designed and constructed as two Dwellings at the Bylaw 14750time of initial construction of the building.
