Dutch Law Security Documents definition

Dutch Law Security Documents means the Security Documents stated to be governed by Dutch law;
Dutch Law Security Documents means the Dutch law governed omnibus security agreements, between Diamond Offshore Netherlands B.V. as pledgor and the Collateral Agent as pledgee, the Dutch law deeds of pledge of shares in the capital of Diamond Offshore Netherlands B.V. and the Dutch law deeds of pledge of shares in the capital of Offshore Drilling Services (Netherlands) B.V.
Dutch Law Security Documents means the documents listed in Schedule I under 7 up to and including 10.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Share Pledges, the Dutch Intercompany Pledges and any other Dutch law security document creating security for the benefit of the Collateral Agent.
