Dutch Parent Borrower definition

Dutch Parent Borrower shall have the meaning provided in the recitals hereto and shall include any successor thereto permitted under Section 9.11.
Dutch Parent Borrower means Darling International NL Holdings B.V., a private company with limited liability (besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid), incorporated and existing under the laws of The Netherlands.
Dutch Parent Borrower means Biomet Global Supply Chain Center B.V., a besloten vennootschap (a private limited liability company) formed under the laws of the Netherlands.

  • UK Borrower means any Borrower (i) that is organized or formed under the laws of the United Kingdom or (ii) payments from which under this Agreement or any other Loan Document are subject to withholding Taxes imposed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Ultimate Parent means a Company, which owns not less than fifty-one percent (51%) equity either directly or indirectly in the Parent and Affiliates.
