DWSD Class A Sewer Documents definition

DWSD Class A Sewer Documents means the ordinances passed, resolutions adopted, orders issued and/or indentures executed with respect to the DWSD Class A Sewer Bonds, as set forth on Exhibit I.A.88, as the same may have been subsequently amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, together with all ancillary instruments and agreements related thereto.
DWSD Class A Sewer Documents means the ordinances passed, resolutions adopted, orders issued and/or indentures executed with respect to the DWSD Class A Sewer Bonds, as set forth on Exhibit I.A.98, as the same may have been subsequently amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, together with all ancillary and related instruments and agreements and all related Bond Insurance Policies.
DWSD Class A Sewer Documents means the ordinances passed, resolutions adopted, orders issued and/or indentures executed with respect to the DWSD Class A Sewer Bonds, as set forth on

Related to DWSD Class A Sewer Documents

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Tender Documents means the General and special conditions of contract (2.1.8) and tender specification (2.1.9).

  • Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Funding Agreements means all or any of the agreements or instruments to be entered into by a Project Service Provider or any of their Associates relating to the financing of its business of providing services pursuant to the terms of any Project Agreements, excluding always the Project Agreements themselves;

  • Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.

  • Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.

  • L/C Documents is defined in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • Securities Financing Transactions means repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, securities lending agreements and any other transactions within the scope of SFTR that a Fund is permitted to engage in;

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Fundserv Notes means Notes purchased through Fundserv.

  • Exchange Agreements means the GSK Exchange Agreement, the Pfizer Exchange Agreement and the SLP Exchange Agreement;

  • Initial Class D Note Balance means $13,564,000.

  • Subordinated Note Documents means the Subordinated Notes, the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement, the “Fee Letter” under and as defined in the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement and any other Note Document (as defined in the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement).

  • Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $115,000,000.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $152,941,000.

  • Class A-2 Noteholders means the Class A-2a Noteholders and the Class A-2b Noteholders.

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of

  • Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.

  • Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.

  • Seller Notes means any promissory note or notes issued by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower in respect of any acquisition permitted hereunder as consideration in connection with such acquisition, but that is not in the nature of an earn-out obligation or similar deferred or contingent obligation.

  • MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on

  • Fund Documents those documents prepared by the Fund that, pursuant to Rule 498(e)(1), must be publicly accessible, free of charge, at the Web site address specified on the cover page or at the beginning of the Summary Prospectus.
