Earliest End Date definition

Earliest End Date means the earliest date on which this Healthcare Services Agreement may be terminated, which shall be the date set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1;
Earliest End Date means the earliest end date stated on page 1 of this Agreement, being the final day of the Minimum Term;

  • Valid Date means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and on which another Averaging Date in respect of the relevant Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.

  • Transition Date means the date on which this contract comes into effect for all purposes.
