Early Window License Period definition

Early Window License Period means, with respect to each Early Window Title, the period during which Licensee shall make such title available for exhibition on a Pay-Per-View and Video-On-Demand basis pursuant to the terms of this Amendment #2, as specified in Section 2.6 below.

Examples of Early Window License Period in a sentence

  • The PPV or VOD Viewing Period, as applicable, with respect to each Subscriber Transaction for an Early Window Title shall commence when the consumer first commences viewing the Early Window Title, but no earlier than the Early Window Availability Date for such title, and shall end, subject to Section 2.13.2 of this Amendment #2, no later than the earlier of (a) 48 hours thereafter and (b) the expiration of the Early Window License Period for such title.

  • Once Licensor sets the Early Window Availability Date for an Early Window Title in accordance with the foregoing, Licensee may not lower the Net Retail Price for such title below $29.99 at any time during its Early Window License Period.

  • The Early Window License Period for each Early Window Title shall commence on its Early Window Availability Date and end on a date determined by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that such end date shall in no event be earlier than fourteen (14) days after the Early Window Availability Date for such title.

  • Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.

  • Notification Period means a set period of time between the submittal of a Notice of Intent and the beginning of lead - based paint abatement activities (including all on-site worksite preparation).

  • Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.
