Easement Facilities definition

Easement Facilities means the pipelines and other facilities described on Schedule 1.1-A.

Easement Facilities means all pipes, valves, conduits, pumps, lines, processors, transformers, works, facilities, equipment, devices, buildings and improvements of every kind and nature located within the area of any Land Easements.

Examples of Easement Facilities in a sentence

• All such Easement Facilities are located either in (i) land owned by the Sellers or their Affiliates for which Additional Conveyed Easements will be granted pursuant to Section 6.17, or (ii) the Existing Easements or public rights-of-way pursuant to Law or authorization of the applicable Governmental Entity.

• At the time of termination of the transportation agreement, the Sellers shall convey to the Purchaser or its nominee, directly or indirectly, without warranty the remaining rights they may have in the Easement Facilities and, to the extent related to such Easement Facilities, the Existing Easements.

• The Purchaser shall make all filings necessary to be named the operator of all the Easement Facilities (including with the Texas Railroad Commission) and to obtain and hold all Licenses relating to the Easement Facilities.

Easement Facilities means the Polymers Easement Facilities and the Base Chemicals Easement Facilities.
