Easement Facilities definition

Easement Facilities means the pipelines and other facilities described on Schedule 1.1-A.
Easement Facilities means all pipes, valves, conduits, pumps, lines, processors, transformers, works, facilities, equipment, devices, buildings and improvements of every kind and nature located within the area of any Land Easements.

  • The Benefitted Owner shall periodically inspect, maintain, repair, reconstruct, and replace the Easement Facilities to insure the safe, lawful and reasonable operation of such Easement Facilities.
