Education and Care Service definition

Education and Care Service means a children’s care service that is established to care for or educate school children outside school hours on school days, or on non- school or pupil-free days. Education and Care Service Fees means any of the fees charged by the Licensee to parents or guardians using the Education and Care Service set out in Schedule 2. Environment means the physical factors of the surroundings of, human/non human life forms, including without limitation the land, soil, plants, habitat, waters, atmosphere, climate, sounds, odours, tastes, biodiversity and the social and aesthetic values of landscapes. Expiry Date means the expiry date of this Licence set out in Item 6 of Schedule 1.
Education and Care Service means an "education and care service" as defined in section 5 of the National Law. Environment means the physical factors of the surroundings of, human Environmental Laws means any law (including statutes, regulations, by-laws, ordinances, codes and other delegated legislation and any rule of common law or tort) past, present or future, regarding or relating to the Environment.

Examples of Education and Care Service in a sentence

  • The Licensee may decrease any of the Education and Care Service Fees at any time provided it has notified the School Council in writing of the intended decrease, including the effective date(s).

  • Approvals This Licence may be immediately terminated by either party if: an approval required under applicable Laws to conduct an Education and Care Service in the Licensed Area; or a licence or approval required under applicable Laws for the Licensee to operate an Education and Care Service, is suspended, cancelled, terminated or expires.

  • Health care services means services for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, cure, or relief of a health condition, illness, injury, or disease.

  • PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES means covered healthcare services performed to prevent the occurrence of disease as defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Long-term care services means services provided through the department of social and health services either in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, or in another setting under a home and community-based waiver authorized under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1396n.

  • Healthcare services means all inpatient services (i.e., acute-care diagnostic and therapeutic inpatient hospital services), outpatient services (i.e., acute-care diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient services, including but not limited to ambulatory surgery and radiology services), and professional services (i.e., medical services provided by physicians or other licensed medical professionals) to the extent offered by Defendant and within the scope of services covered on an in-network basis pursuant to a contract between Defendant and an Insurer. “Healthcare Services” does not mean management of patient care, such as through population health programs or employee or group wellness programs.
