Educational Course definition

Educational Course means any plugin, extension, or other software designed to work with the JetBrains Products and Services offering educational content.

Educational Course means any course of instruction taken by a Participant at an Educational Institution that is relevant to the Participant’s current position or is directed toward a degree program, and which is eligible for reimbursement pursuant to Article IV. The term shall not include any course which instructs the Participant in any sport, game or hobby, unless such a course is related to the Employer’s business and the Participant’s job or is required as part of a degree program. However, the term does include education that instructs Participants how to maintain or improve health, so long as such education does not involve the use of athletic facilities or equipment and is not recreational in nature.
