Educational Course definition

Educational Course means any plugin, extension, or other software designed to work with the JetBrains Products and Services offering educational content.

Educational Course means any University graduate level course of a kind normally taken by an individual pursuing a program leading to a law, business, medical, or other advanced academic or professional degree. Educational Courses do not include either (a) undergraduate courses, or (b) courses that instruct the Participant in any sport, game, or hobby, unless such courses are required as part of a graduate degree program.

More Definitions of Educational Course

Educational Course means a graduate course taken by the Participant under the University of California’s Reduced Fee Enrollment Policy or other professional development programs, or a graduate course taken by the Participant at another Educational Institution. Educational Courses include graduate-level courses of a kind normally taken by an individual pursuing a program leading to a law, business, medical, or other advanced academic or professional degree. Educational Courses do not include courses that instruct the Participant in any sport, game, or hobby, unless such course is required as part of a degree program.

Educational Course means any course of instruction taken by a Participant at an Educational Institution that is relevant to the Participant’s current position or is directed toward a degree program, and which is eligible for reimbursement pursuant to Article IV. The term shall not include any course which instructs the Participant in any sport, game or hobby, unless such a course is related to the Employer’s business and the Participant’s job or is required as part of a degree program. However, the term does include education that instructs Participants how to maintain or improve health, so long as such education does not involve the use of athletic facilities or equipment and is not recreational in nature.

Educational Course means any course taken by a participant at the university except for a course which instructs the participant in any sport, game, or hobby (unless required as part of a degree program) or is excluded under Regent policy.

Educational Course means any undergraduate or graduate course taken by a Participant at an Accredited Institution for an undergraduate or an advanced degree, or other course in a field of study not leading to such degree, which undergraduate, graduate or other course is in furtherance of their employment with Employer and as related to Employee’s field of work, except for a course that instructs the Participant in any sport, game or hobby.

Educational Course means any course taken by a Participant at an Accredited Institution in pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Library Science.

Educational Course means any eligible business-related course taken by a Participant at an Accredited Institution, except for a course that instructs the Participant in any sport, game or hobby; provided, that the foregoing restriction shall not prevent the reimbursement for such course to a Participant whose job is to instruct students in any of the aforementioned activities.

Educational Course means any course offered for academic credit at an Accredited Institution as part of an associate, baccalaureate, or post-graduate degree, except for a course that instructs the Participant in any sport, game or hobby.
