Effective date of this Compact definition

"Groundwater" means water that is beneath the ground surface. 7. "Minimum flow" means the flow of water in a stream measured in cubic feet per second at the point designated in Article II of the Compact, at or below which the United States has the right to seek curtailment of junior water rights upstream from the Refuge. 8. "Natural flow" means the water that the parties agree shall remain in the stream in satisfaction of the United States' water right for the purposes of the federal reservation. 9. "Non-consumptive" see "consumptive" 10. "Parties" means the State of Montana and the United States. 11. "Person" means an individual, association, partnership, corporation, state agency, political subdivision, or any other entity, but does not include the United States.

Related to Effective date of this Compact

  • Date of this Agreement means the date first written above.

  • Effective Date of Coverage means the date of commencement of Coverage in respect of a Life Insured under the Policy pursuant to the provision on Commencement of Coverage.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.

  • Effective Date of Contract means the date established in the Contract for the Contractor’s work to begin, or the date the Contract has been fully executed and received all required approvals, whichever date is later.

  • Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Go-Live Date means the date on which the City, acting reasonably, confirms in writing that the Services satisfy the functional, technical and security requirements as set out in this Agreement;

  • Comprehensive agreement means the comprehensive agreement between the private entity and the responsible public entity that is required prior to the development or operation of a qualifying project.

  • Commencement Time means the time stated in the Engagement Documents by which the Supplier is required to commence performing its obligations under the Contract (or where no time is stated, promptly after the Supplier receives the Engagement Documents) as extended (if at all) pursuant to the Contract;

  • MST means Mountain Standard Time, the time zone in which the University operates. Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

  • Second Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Second Amendment.

  • the/this Agreement means the agreement as set out in this document and the Appendices hereto;

  • Substance use disorder professional means a person

  • Waters of this state means any waters within the territorial limits of this state.

  • Agreement Execution Date means the date this Agreement has been fully executed and delivered by all parties hereto.

  • Fifth Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Fifth Amendment.

  • License Effective Date means, with respect to each Component System of the Licensed System that Company is given the right to access and use, the date as of which the Company is first given such right to access and use.

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • Fourth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Fourth Amendment.

  • First Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
