  • SECTION 204 EEO Training Within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, Merrill Gardens agrees to provide Equal Employment Opportunity training to all managers, supervisors, and any other employees who are responsible for any portion of the employment selection or hiring process at the Fort Wayne facility.

  • By July 31 and January 31 of each year after the Effective Date of this Consent Decree until termination of this Consent Decree, CCBH shall submit to EPA, IDEM, ELPC, and HEC a progress report regarding the implementation of the requirements of this Decree in the preceding six months (“Progress Report”).

  • Date of this Agreement means the date first written above.

  • Effective date of enrollment means the first date when an en- rollee is entitled to receive covered benefits.

  • Term of this Agreement means the term of the current collective agreement between the Board and the Association;

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • Effective Date of Contract means the date established in the Contract for the Contractor’s work to begin, or the date the Contract has been fully executed and received all required approvals, whichever date is later.

  • Effective Date of Coverage means the date of commencement of Coverage in respect of a Life Insured under the Policy pursuant to the provision on Commencement of Coverage.

  • Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) the Certificate Principal Balance of all of the Certificates is zero, (ii) any period during which any payment on the Certificates could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law has expired, and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.

  • Date of Commencement of Risk means the date specified in the Schedule (unless the Policyholder is informed otherwise by the Company) from which the risk cover of the Life Assured commences under the Policy.

  • Second Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Second Amendment.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated November 22, 2023, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Recipient shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.

  • Third Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Third Amendment.

  • Fifth Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Fifth Amendment.

  • First Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Eleventh Amendment Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of the Eleventh Amendment.

  • Tenth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Tenth Amendment.

  • Effective Date of Settlement means: the date on which all of the conditions to settlement set forth in § 2 of this Settlement Agreement have been fully satisfied or waived and the Settlement shall have become Final.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.
