Examples of Effective Date of this Consent Decree in a sentence
This covenant not to sue shall take effect upon the Effective Date of this Consent Decree.
Within 30 Days after the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, Defendant shall pay the sum of $477,500 as a civil penalty, together with interest accruing from the date on which the Consent Decree is lodged with the Court, at the rate specified in 28 U.S.C. ' 1961 as of the date of lodging.
The Effective Date of this Consent Decree shall be the date upon which this Consent Decree is entered by the Court or a motion to enter the Consent Decree is granted, whichever occurs first, as recorded on the Court=s docket.
Within thirty (30) Days of the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, Dow shall pay $10,789.17, plus Interest accruing from the date of lodging of this Consent Decree through the date of payment, to EGLE for payment for Natural Resource Damage Assessment Costs incurred by EGLE from April 22, 2017 through September 23, 2017.
Except with respect to future liability, this covenant not to sue shall take effect upon the Effective Date of this Consent Decree.
The Effective Date of this Consent Decree shall be the date upon which this Consent Decree is entered by the Court.
SECTION 503 Section 709(c) Payment For failure to retain records in accordance with Section 709(c) of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-8(c), and 29 C.F.R. § 1602.14, Merrill Gardens shall pay $10,000 to the general fund of the United States Treasury within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date of this Consent Decree.
Within 10 days of the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, Defendants shall issue a press release, in accordance with their ordinary procedures for doing so, regarding the Consent Decree, and post a copy of this Consent Decree on the Secretary of State Website, along with a summary of its requirements.
SECTION 204 EEO Training Within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, Merrill Gardens agrees to provide Equal Employment Opportunity training to all managers, supervisors, and any other employees who are responsible for any portion of the employment selection or hiring process at the Fort Wayne facility.
By July 31 and January 31 of each year after the Effective Date of this Consent Decree until termination of this Consent Decree, CCBH shall submit to EPA, IDEM, ELPC, and HEC a progress report regarding the implementation of the requirements of this Decree in the preceding six months (“Progress Report”).
