Electronic Data Platform definition

Electronic Data Platform means the data platform of the TSO as described in the Access Code for Transmission (ACT - attachment G), by which information is made available to the Network User.
Electronic Data Platform means the data platform as described in the Access Code for Transmission (ACT - attachment G), by which information is made available to the Network User.
Electronic Data Platform shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

  • In accordance with attachment C.1 of the Access Code for Transmission, information relating to gas quality is exchanged by email between the Parties and made available as the case may be through the Electronic Data Platform, which will also be used to inform Network User of any information regarding a possible gas quality deviation.

  • Safe from the clauses 1, 2, 4, 9, 10, 13, 14, and from 16.3 to 16.8 which shall be binding for the Parties from the date of signing of this Agreement, the Agreement shall enter into force (Commencement Date) at the date indicated in Notice to proceed which will be sent by the Transporter as the confirmation that the Gastrans Electronic Data Platform has been fully launched and may be used by the GEDP User.

  • C In accordance with the Network Code, the GEDP User enters into this Agreement with the Transporter as a precondition for use of the Gastrans Electronic Data Platform.

  • Parties mutually agree that: A The Transporter intends to use the Gastrans Electronic Data Platform in order to facilitate managing the communications between the Transporter and users of its transmission system (the Pipeline) for the purpose of implementation of their respective rights and obligations arising from the Network Code and the Long-Term GTA and/or the Short-Term GTA.
