Eligible child or youth means a child or youth who is five years of age or older in a qualifying year but who is under eighteen years of age and who resides in Colorado and is, or will be, eligible for admission to public school within the state.

  • Covered Employee means an employee who is a “Covered Employee” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Section 162(m) Participant means any key Employee designated by the Administrator as a key Employee whose compensation for the fiscal year in which the key Employee is so designated or a future fiscal year may be subject to the limit on deductible compensation imposed by Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Eligible Countries means: (a) in the case of the African Development Bank and the Nigeria trust Fund, the Member Countries of the African Development Bank.

  • Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the distribution licensee, who uses a rooftop solar system installed in the consumer premises, to offset part or all of the consumer's own electrical requirements, given that such systems can be self-owned or third party owned;

  • Retirement Eligible means that the Participant has either attained age 55 and completed ten (10) years of Service as an Employee or attained age 60 and completed five (5) years of Service as an Employee.

  • Qualified employment position means a permanent full-time

  • Eligible casual employee means a casual employee employed during a period of at least 12 months, either:

  • Domestic abuse means the following, if committed against a family or household member by a family or household member:

  • Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.

  • Eligible pupil means a pupil who has been expelled from school under the mandatory expulsion provisions in section 1311 or 1311a of the revised school code, MCL 380.1311 and 380.1311a, a pupil who has been suspended or expelled from school under a local policy, a pupil who is referred by a court, a pupil who is pregnant or is a parent, a pupil who was previously a dropout, or a pupil who is determined by the district to be at risk of dropping out.
