Eligible child or youth means a child or youth who is five years of age or older in a qualifying year but who is under eighteen years of age and who resides in Colorado and is, or will be, eligible for admission to public school within the state.

Eligible child or youth. MEANS A CHILD OR YOUTH WHO MEETS THE MEDICAL AND DISABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR FEDERAL SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME OR IS A CHILD OR YOUTH WITH ONE OR MORE SPECIFIC FACTORS OR CONDITIONS THAT WOULD MAKE IT REASONABLE TO CONCLUDE THAT A CHILD OR YOUTH CANNOT BE ADOPTED WITHOUT PROVIDING BENEFITS TO ASSIST IN THE ADOPTION. SUCH FACTORS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Eligible child or youth means a child or youth from five through eighteen years of age who resides in the city and is, or will be, eligible for admission to public school within the city.

  • Eligible Citizen means a Person qualified to own interests in real property in jurisdictions in which any Group Member does business or proposes to do business from time to time, and whose status as a Limited Partner or Assignee does not or would not subject such Group Member to a significant risk of cancellation or forfeiture of any of its properties or any interest therein.

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Qualified employee means an individual who:

  • Section 162(m) Participant means any key Employee designated by the Administrator as a key Employee whose compensation for the fiscal year in which the key Employee is so designated or a future fiscal year may be subject to the limit on deductible compensation imposed by Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Eligible Countries means: (a) in the case of the African Development Bank and the Nigeria trust Fund, the Member Countries of the African Development Bank.

  • Eligible Spouse means a spouse of an Eligible Retiree who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document, or an ex-spouse who is an Eligible Spouse with rights to coverage as an Eligible Spouse pursuant to a court order recognized by SHARP. A Spouse must be married to retiree at least one year prior to the effective date of retirement. A Spouse married after the retiree’s effective retirement date is considered a non-eligible spouse for purposes of the Plan. [See “Spouse”]

  • Domestic abuse means the following, if committed against a family or household member by a family or household member:

  • Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.

  • Eligible pupil means a pupil who has been expelled from school under the mandatory expulsion provisions in section 1311 or 1311a of the revised school code, MCL 380.1311 and 380.1311a, a pupil who has been suspended or expelled from school under a local policy, a pupil who is referred by a court, a pupil who is pregnant or is a parent, a pupil who was previously a dropout, or a pupil who is determined by the district to be at risk of dropping out.

  • Qualified Participant means a Participant who has attained age 55 and who has completed at least 10 years of participation in the Plan.
