Eligible Dependent Child(ren definition

Eligible Dependent Child(ren means your unmarried child(ren) who are under age 26 and financially dependent upon you for support. Such child(ren) must be enrolled: (1) as a full-time student in any post-high school Educational Institution on the date of your death; or (2) in the 12th grade on the date of your death and subsequently enrolls as a full-time student in a post-high school Educational Institution within one (1) year of your death.
Eligible Dependent Child(ren means an Insured’s unmarried child(ren) who are under age 26 and financially dependent upon the Insured for support. Such child(ren) must be enrolled: (1) as a full-time student in any post-high school Educational Institution on the date of the Insured’s death; or (2) in the 12th grade on the date of the Insured’s death and subsequently enrolls as a full-time student in a post-high school Educational Institution within 1 year of the date of the Insured’s death.
Eligible Dependent Child(ren means the natural or adopted children of the Employee or the Employee’s Eligible Surviving Spouse who are dependents of and have been dependents of such Employee or spouse throughout the 12 month period preceding the Employee’s death.

  • Eligible Spouse means a spouse of an Eligible Retiree who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document, or an ex-spouse who is an Eligible Spouse with rights to coverage as an Eligible Spouse pursuant to a court order recognized by SHARP. A Spouse must be married to retiree at least one year prior to the effective date of retirement.   • Fringe benefit means health insurance, a retirement benefit received under a pension plan or defined contribution plan, a paid vacation day, a paid holiday, sick leave, or any other similar employee benefit provided by an employer.

  • Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Managing Employee means a general manager, business manager, administrator, director, or other individual who exercises operational or managerial control over, or who directly or indirectly conducts the day-to-day operation of an institution, organization, or agency.

  • Family Members means any child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, sibling, niece, nephew, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law (including adoptive relationships) of the Participant, any person sharing the Participant’s household (other than a tenant or employee), a trust in which these persons (or the Participant) have more than 50% of the beneficial interest, a foundation in which these persons (or the Participant) control the management of assets, and any other entity in which these persons (or the Participant) own more than 50% of the voting interests.

  • Qualifying Dependent means, for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account purposes,

  • Enrolled Nurse means an employee:
