Eligible injured person definition

Eligible injured person means:A person who sustains bodily injury while a pedestrian, caused by an Insured motor vehicle or as a result of being struck by an object propelled by or from the insured motor vehicle.
Eligible injured person means the named insured while occupying any motor vehicle.

  • Insured Person s year” means a year from the date of commencement of the insured person’s policy, or from the anniversary date of the commencement of the insured person.
