Eligible Liabilities Instruments definition

Eligible Liabilities Instruments means at any time eligible liabilities instruments as interpreted and applied in accordance with the Applicable Banking Regulations;
Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any (directly issued) debt instruments of the Issuer that qualify as eligible liabilities instruments pursuant to Article 72b CRR which are included in the amount to be complied with for the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) pursuant to the SRMR, including any debt instruments that qualify as eligible liabilities items pursuant to transitional provisions under the CRR.
Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any (directly issued) debt instruments of the Issuer that qualify as eligible liabilities instruments pursuant to Article 72b CRR and/or § 100(2) BaSAG, as the case may be, which are included in the amount to be complied with for the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities pursuant to the BaSAG, including any debt instruments that qualify as eligible liabilities instruments pursuant to transitional provisions under the CRR and/or the BaSAG, as the case may be.

Examples of Eligible Liabilities Instruments in a sentence

  • There can be no assurance that, due to the particular circumstances of each Noteholder, any Eligible Liabilities Instruments will be as favourable to each Noteholder in all respects or that, if it were entitled to do so, a particular Noteholder would make the same determination as the Issuer as to whether the terms of the relevant Eligible Liabilities Instruments are not materially less favourable to Noteholders than the terms of the Senior Notes.

  • The Notes shall qualify as Eligible Liabilities Instruments (as defined below).

  • The Notes shall constitute Eligible Liabilities Instruments (as defined below).

  • If the board issues a directed recall, the WSLCB will notify consumers of the recall and all licensees that may pos- sess product affected by the recall if notice has not yet occurred.

  • The Notes are intended to qualify as Eligible Liabilities Instruments (as defined below).


More Definitions of Eligible Liabilities Instruments

Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any eligible liabilities (or any equivalent or successor term) which are available to meet any MREL Requirement (however called or defined by the then Applicable MREL Regulations) of the Issuer and/or Erste MREL Group under the Applicable MREL Regulations.
Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any (directly issued) debt instruments of the Issuer that qualify as eligible liabilities instruments pursuant to Article 72b CRR and/or the Hungarian Recovery and Resolution Act, as the case may be, which are included in the amount to be complied with for the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities pursuant to the Hungarian Recovery and Resolution Act, including any debt instruments that qualify as eligible liabilities items pursuant to transitional provisions under the CRR and/or the Hungarian Recovery and Resolution Act as the case may be.
Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any (directly issued) debt instruments of the Issuer that qualify as eligible liabilities instruments pursuant to Article 72b CRR and/or the Croatian Act on the Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Firms, as the case may be, which are included in the amount to be complied with for the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities pursuant to the Croatian Act on the Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Firms, including any debt instruments that qualify as eligible liabilities items pursuant to transitional provisions under the CRR and/or the Croatian Act on the Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Firms, as the case may be.
Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any (directly issued) debt instruments of the Issuer which qualify as eligible liabilities instruments pursuant to Article 72b CRR.
Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any (directly issued) debt instruments of the Issuer that qualify as eligible liabilities instruments pursuant to Article [72b] [other relevant provision] CRR and/or § [131 (3) and (4)] [other relevant provision] BaSAG, as the case may be, which are included in the amount to be complied with for the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities pursuant to the BaSAG, including any debt instruments that qualify as eligible
Eligible Liabilities Instruments means any eligible liabilities instruments as defined in Chapter 5a of Title I of Part Two of the CRR and/or any other Applicable Capital Regulations.

Related to Eligible Liabilities Instruments

  • MREL Eligible Liabilities means “eligible liabilities” (or any equivalent or successor term) which are available to meet any MREL Requirement (however called or defined by then Applicable MREL Regulations) of the Issuer under Applicable MREL Regulations;

  • Eligible Liabilities and “Special Deposits” have the meanings given to them from time to time under or pursuant to the Bank of England Act 1998 or (as may be appropriate) by the Bank of England;

  • Tier 1 Instruments means any and all (i) securities or other obligations (other than Tier 1 Shares) issued by UBS Group AG or (ii) shares, securities, participation securities or other obligations (other than Tier 1 Shares) issued by a subsidiary of UBS Group AG and having the benefit of a guarantee, credit support agreement or similar undertaking of UBS Group AG, each of which shares, securities, participation securities or other obligations described in clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition qualify, or are issued in respect of a security that qualifies, as Tier 1 Capital of the Group and/or UBS Group AG (without regard to quantitative limits on such capital) on a consolidated (Finanzgruppe) or on an unconsolidated (Einzelinstitut) basis.

  • Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and

  • Tier 2 Instruments means at any time tier 2 instruments as interpreted and applied in accordance with the Applicable Banking Regulations;

  • the previous Instrument of Government means the Instrument of Government relating to the Corporation which had effect immediately before 1st January 2008;

  • Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.

  • Custodial Agreements The Custodial Agreements, listed in Exhibit F hereof, as each such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted hereunder.

  • Guarantee and Collateral Agreement the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement to be executed and delivered by the Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor, substantially in the form of Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Safety Obligations means all applicable obligations concerning health and safety (including any duty of care arising at common law, and any obligation arising under statute, statutory instrument or mandatory code of practice) in Great Britain;
