Eligible UOB Card definition

Eligible UOB Card means a personal credit or debit card issued by UOB in Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible UOB Card excludes all UOB corporate/business credit and/or debit cards.
Eligible UOB Card means UOB One Card, UOB Lady’s Card (all card types), UOB EVOL Card, UOB One Debit Visa Card, UOB One Debit Mastercard, UOB Lady’s Debit Card and UOB Mighty FX Debit Card.
Eligible UOB Card means (a) personal banking credit card or (b) personal banking debit card; all as issued by UOB Singapore in Singapore and excluding all commercial credit card (personal liability programme)”

Examples of Eligible UOB Card in a sentence

  • After application of Voucher, any payment for the Hotel Booking balance amount must be made with an Eligible UOB Card.

  • Eligible Transactions” means all purchases of airline tickets for a minimum amount of S$500 directly from airline companies which are transacted under a Merchant Category Code (“MCC”) listed at Annex A of these Terms and Conditions using an Eligible UOB Card which are successfully charged to the Cardmember’s Eligible UOB Card account and posted on UOB’s systems during the Promotion Period, and shall exclude the Excluded Transactions.

  • If you apply for more than one Eligible UOB Card in a single Application submitted pursuant to Clause 1.4above and your Application for those Eligible UOB Cards are approved by UOB at the same time during the Promotion Period, the amount of Eligible Transactions successfully charged to each such Eligible UOB Card will be aggregated for the purposes of computing the Minimum Spend and Qualifying Spend amounts under this Promotion.

  • Eligible Transactions charged by a supplementary holder of your Eligible UOB Card will be considered for the purposes of computing the Minimum Spend and Qualifying Spend amounts.

  • The transaction amount posted in your Eligible UOB Card account will be used for the purposes of computing the Minimum Spend and Qualifying Spend amounts for this Promotion.


More Definitions of Eligible UOB Card

Eligible UOB Card means personal Mastercard credit and debit cards issued by UOB in Singapore, including the KrisFlyer UOB Credit and Debit Card (“KrisFlyer Cards”). For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible UOB Card excludes all UOB corporate/business credit and/or debit card.
Eligible UOB Card means a personal credit and/or debit card issued by UOB in Singapore and bearing the name and/or service mark “Mastercard”, and shall exclude all UOB Corporate/Business credit and/or debit cards (whether bearing the name and/or service mark “Mastercard” or otherwise).

Related to Eligible UOB Card

  • Eligible Customer means:

  • Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP, and (b) not more than thirty (30) days have expired since the date such Unbilled Receivable arose.

  • Qualified User means a person (e.g., employee, consultant, contingent staff) who: (1) is a user of a Qualified Device, or (2) accesses any server software requiring an Enterprise Product Client Access License or any Enterprise Online Service. It does not include a person who accesses server software or an Online Service solely under a License identified in the Qualified User exemptions in the Product Terms.

  • Eligible Country means the countries and territories eligible for participation in procurements.

  • Eligible Credit Card Receivables means at the time of any determination thereof, each Credit Card Receivable that satisfies the following criteria at the time of creation and continues to meet the same at the time of such determination: such Credit Card Receivable (i) has been earned by performance and represents the bona fide amounts due to a Borrower from a credit card payment processor and/or credit card issuer, and in each case originated in the ordinary course of business of such Borrower, and (ii) is not ineligible for inclusion in the calculation of the Borrowing Base pursuant to any of clauses (a) through (k) below. Without limiting the foregoing, to qualify as an Eligible Credit Card Receivable, an Account shall indicate no Person other than a Borrower as payee or remittance party. In determining the amount to be so included, the face amount of an Account shall be reduced by, without duplication, to the extent not reflected in such face amount, (i) the amount of all accrued and actual discounts, claims, credits or credits pending, promotional program allowances, price adjustments, finance charges or other allowances (including any amount that a Borrower may be obligated to rebate to a customer, a credit card payment processor, or credit card issuer pursuant to the terms of any agreement or understanding (written or oral)) and (ii) the aggregate amount of all cash received in respect of such Account but not yet applied by the Loan Parties to reduce the amount of such Credit Card Receivable. Any Credit Card Receivables meeting the foregoing criteria shall be deemed Eligible Credit Card Receivables but only as long as such Credit Card Receivable is not included within any of the following categories, in which case such Credit Card Receivable shall not constitute an Eligible Credit Card Receivable:
