Emissions Test definition

Emissions Test means the tests, conducted in accordance with the procedures developed pursuant to the guidelines set forth in Exhibit D-3.
Emissions Test means the process dictated by the official test mode of the Utah 2011 Analyzer;
Emissions Test means a test conducted by Buyer or on Buyer's behalf to demonstrate that a Unit satisfies the Performance Guarantee set forth in Section 4.1 of Appendix C.

Examples of Emissions Test in a sentence

  • The Local Agency will receive and review all of the following reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable state rules or federal regulations as soon as possible but no later than thirty (30) days from the date the report was received: Excess Emissions Reports, Stack Test Reports, Visible Emissions Test Reports, RATA Reports, and Relative Accuracy Audit (RAA) Reports.

  • Emissions testing under this protocol is based on the FTPs for emissions certification of highway diesel engines (40 CFR Part 86) and nonroad diesel engines (40 CFR Part 89); the Supplemental Emissions Test (SET) for highway diesel engines (40 CFR 86.1360); and Conditional Test Method CTM-038 for ammonia slip measurement (EPA, 2003).

  • The Test Dispatch Notice shall be marked "Emissions Test Dispatch Notice".

More Definitions of Emissions Test

Emissions Test shall demonstrate that Unit 2 can achieve emissions levels within the prescribed conditions of Unit 2 air permit as specified in Section 1.2 of Annex A to this Schedule 4.2.
Emissions Test means the test described in Exhibit A to demonstrate and verify compliance of each Unit with the Emissions Guarantee.
Emissions Test shall demonstrate that the Unit 1 Facility can achieve emissions levels within the prescribed conditions of the Unit 1 Facility air permit as specified in Section 1.2 of Annex A to this Schedule 4.2.
