Employed Learners those Learners who are recruited into NHS posts on Programmes leading to statutory or voluntary registration, who are for the duration of their training only employed by a Provider, or another contractually agreed Lead Employer, and for whom HEE may provide a financial contribution. Enhanced DBS & Barred List Check: a disclosure of information comprised in an Enhanced DBS Check together with information from the DBS children's barred list, adults’ barred list and children’s and adults’ barred list. Enhanced DBS Check: a disclosure of information comprised in a Standard DBS Check together with any information held locally by police forces that it is reasonably considered might be relevant to the post applied for. Enhanced DBS Position: any position listed in the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended), which also meets the criteria set out in the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002 (as amended), and in relation to which an Enhanced DBS Check or an Enhanced DBS & Barred List Check (as appropriate) is permitted.
