Employee Body definition

Employee Body means any labor union, labor association, labor organization, work council, trade union, or other representative of employees.
Employee Body means any European Works Council, works council, trade union or other employee representatives and “Employee Bodies” will be interpreted accordingly;

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each of the Parties shall notify the other Parties in writing of any material development in the negotiation with any Employee Body of Bezeq and its subsidiaries, promptly upon obtaining knowledge thereof.

  • If the Board plans corporate changes to the structure of the SE which will mean that SE employees in any Country are not represented on the SE Employee Body, new negotiations shall take place concerning this Agreement or parts thereof at the instigation of the Management or the SE Employee Body.

  • Meetings of the Select Committee may be preceded by a pre-meeting of the Select Committee only (with or without the SE Employee Body), which will take place on the same day as the meeting with Management.

  • A resolution of the members of the SE Employee Body to terminate this Agreement shall require a majority vote of at least two thirds of the SE Employee Body entitled to vote.

Related to Employee Body

  • Company Employee Benefit Plan means each Employee Benefit Plan that is maintained, sponsored or contributed to (or required to be contributed to) by any of the Group Companies or under or with respect to which any of the Group Companies has any Liability.

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a person providing management services to the Company, which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a person engaged in investor relations activities.

  • Employee Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).

  • Foreign Employee Benefit Plan means any employee benefit plan as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA which is maintained or contributed to for the benefit of the employees of the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any members of its Controlled Group and is not covered by ERISA pursuant to ERISA Section 4(b)(4).

  • Employee Benefits Agreement means the Employee Benefits Agreement by and between Parent and SpinCo, which agreement shall be entered into prior to or on the Distribution Date in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
