Employee Housing Unit is each residential dwelling unit in the Project that is designated for occupancy by (or are reserved for occupancy by) a residential tenant household where at least one person of that household is a full time employee (30+ hours per week) primarily providing services with respect to and for the Project. Examples of Employee Housing Unit in a sentence
