Employee Housing Unit definition

Employee Housing Unit means a unit occupied by an Employee and is restricted in a manner described in Subsection 2.6.A.
Employee Housing Unit is each residential dwelling unit in the Project that is designated for occupancy by (or are reserved for occupancy by) a residential tenant household where at least one person of that household is a full time employee (30+ hours per week) primarily providing services with respect to and for the Project. Tenant may designate up to two (2) dwelling units as Employee Housing Units.
Employee Housing Unit means any Residential Site, or any portion of any other Site, that is restricted to use as housing for:

  • Minimum lottery participation criteria and basic eligibility includes: • Completed and signed a Resale Lottery Application Form • A pre-qualification letter from a mortgage lender demonstrating financial ability to purchase the Employee Housing Unit, if selected • Verification of successful completion of a Town of Vail approved homebuyer education class or signed acknowledgement of intent to do so within six months of the resale lottery drawing date.

  • The resale lottery drawing will be conducted within sixteen (16) business days of the Employee Housing Unit being advertised for sale.

Employee Housing Unit means the Employee Apartments, the Employee Dorms and associated Employee Amenities that are necessary for operation of the employee housing in the Project. The Employee Housing Unit will be condominiumized pursuant to the Project Condominium Documents as one CCIOA Condominium Unit and encumbered by the Employee Housing Restriction.
Employee Housing Unit means the Employee Apartments, the Employee Dorms and associated shared kitchen, recreational facilities and laundry facilities and similar areas of the Project that are necessary for operation of the employee housing in the Project. The Employee Housing Unit will be condominiumized pursuant to the Project Condominium Documents as one CCIOA Condominium Unit and encumbered by the Employee Housing Restriction (as defined in the Project Development Agreement).

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60% of area medianincome, as most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Housing Unit is either a Presold Unit, a Spec Unit or a Model Unit.

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Deficient housing unit means a housing unit with health and safety code violations that require the repair or replacement of a major system. A major system includes weatherization, roofing, plumbing (including wells), heating, electricity, sanitary plumbing (including septic systems), lead paint abatement and/or load bearing structural systems.

  • Housing development as used in this section, means a development project for five or more residential units, including mixed-use developments. For the purposes of this section, “housing development” also includes a subdivision or common interest development, as defined in Section 4100 of the Civil Code, approved by a city, county, or city and county and consists of residential units or unimproved residential lots and either a project to substantially rehabilitate and convert an existing commercial building to residential use or the substantial rehabilitation of an existing multifamily dwelling, as defined in subdivision (d) of Section 65863.4, where the result of the rehabilitation would be a net increase in available residential units. For the purpose of calculating a density bonus, the residential units shall be on contiguous sites that are the subject of one development application, but do not have to be based upon individual subdivision maps or parcels. The density bonus shall be permitted in geographic areas of the housing development other than the areas where the units for the lower income households are located.
