EMPLOYEE AMENITIES. Teekay is responsible for the supply and ongoing maintenance of all electrical entertainment equipment that is permanently located in the public rooms. Additionally, this responsibility extends to all televisions that are permanently located in cabins on ships where a public television room was not provided. All mattresses on each vessel are to be professionally cleaned annually by a contractor service. Each mattress will be replaced every three years. Replacements are to be to Australian standards.Teekay will on each vessel provide employees with access to private email. An internet connection will be available to the crew.

EMPLOYEE AMENITIES. The employer must provide employee amenities for the purposes of rest pauses/meal breaks. The employer must also provide boiling water for the use of employees, lockers for each employee, seating accommodation and washing facilities. The employer must provide coffee, tea, milk and sugar within the employee amenities area.
EMPLOYEE AMENITIES. 3.12.1 USMEPCOM will maintain and provide all employees with access to the existing first floor/deck lunch room in building 3400. This meal area should include vending machines and at least two (2) microwaves. The feasibility of adding a sink will be reevaluated by the Parties at mutually agreed upon times. USMEPCOM will provide a microwave, coffee machine and at least two (2) refrigerators in each directorate for use by all employees of said directorate, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties on a case-by-case basis.
EMPLOYEE AMENITIES. Fully equipped sick bay/rest room, employee toilets and showers, and lunchroom with microwave oven, refrigerator and boiling water will be provided by ZV.

  • Employee Assistance Drug and alcohol counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance are available from or through the Employer’s employee assistance program provider(s) (E.A.P.).

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).

  • Employee Assistance Plan The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employee participation in and/or referral to the EAP shall be voluntary and confidential, except as to any disclosures required by applicable state law. All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.

  • Employee Travel Employee travel, including but not limited to, travel for training, overnight travel, portal-to-portal, etc. will be covered by the applicable Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rules and regulations.

  • Employee Access Employees are entitled to read and review their personnel file and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall be entitled to inspect their performance evaluations, written censures, letters of reprimand, and other adverse reports. Upon request, employees shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents. The Employer further agrees that no personal files or documents on employees shall be kept outside of the personnel file, apart from payroll or health services files.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s).

  • Employee Assistance Program A. The State recognizes that alcohol, nicotine, drug abuse, and stress may adversely affect job performance and are treatable conditions. As a means of correcting job performance problems, the State may offer referral to treatment for alcohol, nicotine, drug, and stress related problems such as marital, family, emotional, financial, medical, legal, or other personal problems. The intent of this section is to assist an employee's voluntary efforts to treat alcoholism, nicotine use, or a drug-related or a stress-related problem.

  • Project Employment 1. The Employer may appoint employees into project positions for which employment is contingent upon state, federal, local, grant, or other special funding of specific and of time-limited duration. The Employer will notify the employees, in writing, of the expected ending date of the project employment.
