Employment Level definition

Employment Level means, with respect to a Participant, the Participant’s employment level with the Employer as in effect at the time of the Participant’s Qualifying Termination.
Employment Level means the number, as at the end of a taxation year, of the eligible corporation’s full-time employees at a facility in Saskatchewan, as evidenced by the eligible corporation to the satisfaction of the minister, who are not:
Employment Level means, with respect to any Participant, the Participant’s employment level designated in the Participant’s Participation Notice.

More Definitions of Employment Level

Employment Level means the average number of employment positions reported to the employment security department for the months of January through September.
Employment Level means, in the aggregate, the Yearly Average of Baseline Jobs and the Yearly Average of Project Jobs.
Employment Level shall represent the obligation of the Buyer to maintain (a certain level in numbers) of employees in the Company on an unlimited-period basis, to take over the Company employees, and/or to hire new employees pursuant to the provisions hereunder in accordance with the Employment Plan that forms an inseparable part of this Agreement.

  • employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;

  • Supported employment means the ongoing supports to participants who, because of their disabilities, need intensive ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual job in competitive or customized employment, or self-employment, in an integrated work setting in the general workforce at or above the state’s minimum wage or at or above the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals without disabilities. The outcome of this service is sustained paid employment at or above the minimum wage in an integrated setting in the general workforce in a job that meets personal and career goals. Supported employment services can be provided through many different service models.

  • Covered employment means employment in a covered position.

  • Employment outcome means, with respect to an eligible individual, entering, advancing in, or retaining full-time or part-time competitive integrated employment as defined in 34 CFR §361.5(c) (9) (including customized employment, self-employment, telecommuting, or business ownership), or supported employment as defined in 34 CFR §361.5(c) (53), that is consistent with an individual's unique strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice. (Note: As specified in federal rule, a designated State unit may continue services to individuals with uncompensated employment goals on their approved individualized plans for employment prior to the effective date of the final federal regulations until June 30, 2017, unless a longer period of time is required based on the needs of the individual with the disability, as documented in the individual's service record.)

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Employment benefits means all benefits provided or made

  • Termination Compensation means a monthly cash amount equal to one-twelfth ( 1/12th) of the highest amount of the annual cash compensation (including cash bonuses and other cash-based compensation, including for these purposes amounts earned or payable whether or not deferred) received by Executive during any one of the three (3) calendar years immediately preceding the calendar year in which Executive’s Termination Date occurs; provided, that if the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year exceeds the highest amount of the annual cash compensation received by Executive during any one of the immediately preceding three (3) consecutive calendar years, the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year shall be deemed to be Executive’s highest amount of annual cash compensation.   • Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

  • Qualifying Termination of Employment means a Participant’s Termination of Employment (i) by the Company without Cause or (ii) by the Participant with or without Good Reason or by reason of Retirement.

  • Date of Employment means: (i) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 1st and 15th days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of that calendar month; or (ii) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 16th and last days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of the following calendar month.

  • Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.

Customized employment is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the person with a disability and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. Customized employment may include employment developed through job carving, self-employment or entrepreneurial initiatives, or other job development or restructuring strategies that result in job responsibilities being customized and individually negotiated to fit the needs of the individual with a disability. Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.

  • Employment Law means any provision of this Act or any of the following Acts:

  • Part-time employment means any employment or combination of one or more employments in a civil division in which an individual works fifty percent or less of the time prescribed as the standard work week by the governing body or other appropriate authority of the civil division or where the employee earns not more than one-half (1/2) of the rate assigned to the position if the position has been allocated to a graded salary schedule.
