Employment Level definition

Employment Level means the number, as at the end of a taxation year, of the eligible corporation’s full-time employees at a facility in Saskatchewan, as evidenced by the eligible corporation to the satisfaction of the minister, who are not:
Employment Level means, with respect to any Participant, the Participant’s employment level within the Company as in effect at the time of the Participant’s Qualifying Termination.
Employment Level means, with respect to any Participant, the Participant’s employment level designated in the Participant’s Participation Notice.

  • The maximum amount of reduction will be determined by multiplying the Contract Demand by the quantity one minus the quotient of the average monthly employment during the subject calendar year divided by the Base Employment Level.

  • The Base Employment Level shall not be created or maintained by transfers of employees from previously held positions with the Customer or its affiliates within the State of New York, except that the Base Employment Level may be filled by employees of the Customer laid off from other Customer facilities for bona fide economic or management reasons.

Employment Level shall represent the obligation of the Buyer to maintain (a certain level in numbers) of employees in the Company on an unlimited-period basis, to take over the Company employees, and/or to hire new employees pursuant to the provisions hereunder in accordance with the Employment Plan that forms an inseparable part of this Agreement.
Employment Level means the average number of employment positions reported to the employment security department for the months of January through September.
