Examples of End of Term Notice in a sentence
Lessee may elect, by delivering to Lessor an End-of-Term Notice at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, any Renewal Term or any optional extension of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, to return any or all of the Units of Equipment then subject to such Lease Schedule in accordance with Section 10 of this Master Lease Agreement.
