ENGINEERING AND OPERATING COMMITTEE or “E&O Committee” means the Engineering and Operating Committee established pursuant to the Joint Cooperation Agreement, which committee has been delegated authority by the Management Committee to undertake the obligations and exercise the rights accorded to it in the Joint Cooperation Agreement, the Wisconsin Operation and Maintenance Agreement, the Wisconsin Operation and Maintenance Agreement or as otherwise determined by the Management Committee.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Negotiating Committee means a three-member group comprised by representatives of the following: (1) the State; and (2) two representatives of Local Governments of which one representative will be from a Municipality and one shall be from a County (collectively, “Members”) within the State. The State shall be represented by the Attorney General or her designee.
