Enhanced Room Fees definition

Enhanced Room Fees has the meaning in clause 9.1.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Enhanced Room Fees in a sentence

  • Where this Agreement terminates, for whatever reason, if you have paid Residential Fees or Enhanced Room Fees in advance and the room you occupied is cleared and reoccupied before the end of the period for which the payment in advance has been made, you shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of such Fees paid in advance for the period from when the room you occupied is cleared and reoccupied.

  • If central government or local authority or other state or quasi state entities or agencies take steps or cause steps to be taken which have a significant and obvious impact on our costs (including taxes or other charges raised by the state or agencies of the state), we reserve the right to increase your Residential Fees and any Enhanced Room Fees by a fair and reasonable amount above the standard annual increase of 4.75% to reflect that impact (“additional increase”).

Related to Enhanced Room Fees

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Impact Fees means cash contributions, contributions of land or interests in land or any other items of value that are imposed on a developer by a municipality under this section.

  • Finance Charges means, with respect to a Contract, any finance, interest, late payment charges or similar charges owing by an Obligor pursuant to such Contract.

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.
