Enron Documents definition

Enron Documents means, collectively, the Enron/Citibank Swap and the Enron Guaranty.
Enron Documents means that certain Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement dated December 1, 1999 xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxp., Sundance Assets, L.P. and Joint Energy Development Investments II Limited Partnership and the amended warrants contemplated thereby.
Enron Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Employee Transition Agreement, the Enron Consent, the ROFR Waiver, the Termination Agreements, the Lien Releases and the Restructuring Agreement.

Examples of Enron Documents in a sentence

  • Following any such termination, the Enron Parties will remain obligated to pay all amounts owing by them to the Claim Holders in accordance with and pursuant to the Enron Documents.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Depositor’s Formation Documents means the Certificate of Formation of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 24, 2001 and the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 29, 2001.

  • Reorganization Documents means the Reorganization Agreement, this Agreement, the Holdco LLC Agreement, the Tax Receivable Agreement, the Exchange Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, the Employee Equity Letters, the MIP and the Equity Purchase Agreements.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Sale Documents means this Agreement, the Fee Agreement, the Exhibits hereto to which the Seller is a party and all other certificates, instruments, agreements and documents executed from time to time by the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.
